Rewards: Can I pledge for more than one reward level?
Unfortunately, Kickstarter doesn’t allow pledges for more than one reward. However, if you want multiple items, you can add them via the Add-on feature after you select your reward. After the campaign finishes, we will send out a survey where you can purchase additional items from our range.

Product: What is the volume each size can hold?
The Stainless Steel memobottle can hold slightly more than the original bottles. The volumes for each size are: A5: 1050ml (33oz) A6: 500ml (16oz) A7: 250ml (8oz) Slim: 600ml (20oz)

Product: Is it insulated or double walled?
The bottle is not insulated as it’s single-wall construction is optimised to make the bottle lighter, stronger - and ultimately - easier to carry! This can be put in the fridge for cold water like our original range of bottles. The powder coat does help to prevent condensation.

Product: What colours does it come in?
It comes in two colourways which are classic and sleek Matte Black and fresh and minimal Matte White colours. The outside of the bottles are finished with powder coated colours making them durable and scratch-resistant. After the campaign has ended we will send you a survey where you will be able to choose the colour of your bottles.

Product: Do any of the memo accessories fit on it?
Due to the different material and different size, the Stainless Steel version is not compatible with the Sleeve, Lanyards, desk stand or lid range. The stainless steel bottle is not designed to be used with our Sleeve range as the finish of the bottles are a feature in itself as well being durable and scratch proof.

Product: How do you clean it?
The bottles are dishwasher safe for cleaning. But for extra cleanliness, we have available memobottle Cleaning Tablets that come in a pack of 6 tablets. These are available as a Reward or Add-on through our Kickstarter campaign. Alternatively, using a diluted vinegar/water solution with a wire brush.

Product: Do the other lids in the memobottle range fit this bottle?
Unfortunately, due to the different material and dimension of this bottle it is not compatible with the memo lid-range. It will be fitted with its own custom lid that comes with the bottle, Extra lids will be available as an add-on when you select a reward.

Returns: Do you refund / exchange?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns on items received as Kickstarter rewards. The items you receive after making a pledge is not a purchase but are referred to as ‘rewards’. The item is more of a gift to you as a sign of our appreciation to you for supporting our campaign and business. If the item(s) you received has a manufacturing fault, we are more than happy to send a replacement item, as a part of our two year manufacturing warranty on our products.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
